Welcome
If you find yourself overthinking after conversations…
second-guessing what you said…
or feeling unsure in yourself…
you’re not alone, and there may be a reason this keeps happening 🤍
At times, being human can feel overwhelming.
You might notice yourself feeling:
• drained
• stuck
• disconnected
• or quietly doubting yourself
Whether this shows up in relationships, at work, or in the expectations you place on yourself to “get it right”, it can feel exhausting carrying it on your own.
Therapy can offer a space where you don’t have to figure it all out alone.
A space where we can begin to understand what’s happening for you, at your pace, in a way that feels safe and manageable.
Together, we can explore the thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be keeping you feeling stuck, and gently begin to make sense of them.
What it feels like to work together
Starting therapy can feel like a big step.
You might not be sure where to begin, or even what you need to say.
That’s okay.
We would work together at your pace, in a way that feels manageable and supportive.
I offer a space that is:
• warm
• non-judgemental
• grounded in understanding
Where you don’t have to perform, explain everything perfectly, or have it all figured out.
Over time, this can allow you to:
• feel more connected to yourself
• understand your patterns more clearly
• move forward in a way that feels more steady and aligned
You might be experiencing…
• overthinking or second-guessing yourself
• anxiety or feeling constantly on edge
• difficulties in relationships
• low mood or loss of confidence
• feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of your direction
• challenges around identity, self-worth, or belonging
You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting therapy.
We can begin wherever you are.
How we might work together
My approach is primarily Person-Centred, meaning I focus on understanding your experience as you are living it.
Alongside this, I gently integrate Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness where helpful, supporting you to understand patterns, manage anxiety, and create meaningful change.
This is always shaped around you as an individual, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach.
